It is the mission of East Hill Christian School to educate students morally, intellectually, and physically, based
on the Word of God, in a loving, Christian environment.
East Hill Christian School was founded in 1958 by a group of dedicated believers who saw the need for quality Christian education in the Pensacola area. In 1987, EHCS grew from a Christian elementary school to an educational institution designed to train children spiritually, mentally, and physically from VPK through high school.

In Fall 2009, construction was completed on a new elementary building to bring the two campuses of EHCS together in one location.

Our free VPK program has received accolades for earning the maximum score in reading readiness and- in the 2011 school year- we received gold seal accreditation from the DCF.
Over 200 students call EHCS home. The student body represents the diversity of the Pensacola community. This is made possible due to a number of special financial aid programs.
Our most recent re-accreditation took place in October 2010 through ACSI, and we are affiliated with the NASSP and the National Association of Private Schools.
