A LETTER TO ALL PARENTS:

January 23 , 2008

Dear East Hill Parents:

The enrollment process for the 2008-2009 school year is underway. We receive phone calls and e-mails on a daily basis from new families wanting information about East Hill Christian School. At the same time we want to be sure our current students are registered and have a place for next year. We need to know how many of our current students plan to return next year. We will begin accepting new students on Monday, March 3, 2008.

Please read the following information carefully:

· Annual Tuition – Please review the tuition schedule for the 2008-2009 school year. Please note that there are discounts offered for early registration and for prepayment of full tuition. If any information on your SMART Tuition account will be changing for the upcoming school year, please call Pasty Hamilton at 435-7741 to make the necessary changes.

· Re-enrollment Forms - We will be e-mailing the re-enrollment forms to each family who has a current e-mail on file at the school. If you have not been receiving the Monday notes in a weekly e-mail, that means we do not have your correct e-mail address. Please take a minute to call the school office with this information. Re-enrollment forms may also be picked up at either school office.

· Financial Assistance – It is our hope that no family will ever have to leave EHCS for financial reasons. However the school has limited funds available for those with the greatest needs. Financial Assistance applications are available only to those who have submitted an application for re-enrollment or enrollment. To request an application, please contact Mrs. Patsy Hamilton at 435-7741.

In order for you to have a place available for next year, please return your enrollment forms no later than February 29th. Your 2007-2008 tuition must be current before we can accept your child’s re-enrollment for the upcoming school year. All completed registration forms along with the registration fee should be mailed to:

Registration forms may be dropped off at either office as well. We look forward to the continued fellowship with you and your student(s) for the 2008-2009 school year. If you have any questions concerning the enrollment process, please don’t hesitate to call.
