How do I log in the first time?
- Before you log in to RenWeb, you must provide the school with a current email address.
- From the school website, click the “RenWeb Login” link at the top of the page.
- Click the “First Time Users” tab and type in your email address.
- If you are logging in as a parent, click “New Parent Login”; click “New Student Login”
if you are a student.
- A new password will be emailed to your address.
- Go back to the RenWeb login page through the school website, click the “Parents”
or “Students” tab, and enter your email address and numeric password. Click “Login.”
Where can I find...
- Announcements: School-wide announcements will be posted on the right side of the
screen once you log in to RenWeb.
- Grades/Report Card: Academic, attendance, and behavior information can be found by
clicking “Student Information” on the left side of the screen.
- Lunch/Library: Lunches may be ordered in the “Student Information” section mentioned
above, and students may search the library or see which books are due in the menu
on the left.
- Payments/Passwords: Clicking “Family Information” on the left-hand side of the screen
will reveal a new panel. Tuition information is in the bottom-right of the new panel.
Your RenWeb password may be changed by clicking “Change Password” on the left side
of the screen.
I’m having trouble...
- Logging in: Go to the school login page, make sure our district code is filled in
(EH-FL), fill in your email address, and click “Forgot Your Password”. Make sure
your email address is correct and click “Forgot Password on the next screen. Your
password will be sent to you. If this does not work, please fill out the form to
the right, and we will make the necessary corrections within 48 hours.
- Making a Payment: Contact Patsy Hamilton for payment help. Please note that student
access does not list billing and payment information.
- Taking a Test: Tests are located in the class information section. Click “Classes”
under the school information screen, and select the class you have an online test
in. Click the “Web Test” tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Please note that
tests may only be taken during the time a teacher has allotted, and tests may only
be taken using a student login.
- Correcting Profile Information: Normally, only the school offices may correct information
in your profile. Please contact Laura Kelly to have the necessary corrections made.
